As AI adoption accelerated, we identified an opportunity to reduce the time and complexity of quiz creation by introducing an AI Quiz Builder – a feature that allows users to generate a complete quiz from a simple text prompt.

Integrating an AI-powered quiz creation flow
I designed the AI Quiz Builder, a prompt-based experience that allows users to describe their goal, audience, or topic and instantly generate a quiz structure with AI assistance.
problem
The existing AdsQuiz interface relied on a manual quiz-creation workflow. Users were already familiar with the current home screen and navigation patterns, so introducing a new AI-first experience created several challenges:
- Existing user behaviour and expectations
- Technical limitations
- Time and cost constraints

I designed an AI-powered quiz creation entry point that introduced the new capability while preserving the familiarity of the existing product experience. Key design decisions:
- Integrated AI into the existing creation journey
- Reduced the complexity of quiz creation
- Designed for gradual adoption
- Balanced user experience with implementation constraints

The AI Quiz Builder created a new, faster way for users to start creating quizzes while maintaining continuity for existing customers.
Business impact:
- Enabled AdsQuiz to introduce AI-powered creation capabilities without a costly product rebuild.
